We DO NOT have any return or Exchange (with different item) policy.
BUT we allow our customers to exchange a product with the same item under the below conditions:
• If you have received a wrong product,
• If it is a defective product,
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without any flaws. The product must be intact with tags.
• An exchange request must be done within 7 days after the purchase.
Note: You do not need to pay a delivery charge for the 2nd time for an exchange item when you are entitled to get an exchange.
But we always request our customers that before you making an order please be satisfied with the fabric quality, fabric color (as color varies device to device screen due to different resolutions/configuration of the mobile/pc/tab devices), product size, product design etc. so that you don’t need to return the product and it will be very helpful for us.
